Restorative Yoga, Reiki and Sound Healing

Please join us at Prema Yoga Evolution Studio in Granada Hills. (There are 2 studios, please make sure you go to the EVOlution Studio)

Please dress comfy and in layers, feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket or pillow. We have some at the studio for you as well.

You can add CBD to this experience for deeper relaxation combined with the healing benefits of sound healing. This is always optional no pressure. ( all THC free so they are sobriety friendly!)
